:: Roasted Red Potatoes ::

* 7-10 red poataoes
* 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 Tbsp. rosemary, chopped
* salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly wash potatoes and cut into cubes. Place potatoes in large bowl and add olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt and pepper and stir to coat. Place potatoes in even layer on baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes. Stir once around 20 minutes to ensure even browning. Enjoy!
